ALL Cincinnati’s Nights of Lights tickets are NON- REFUNDLABLE. No exceptions including COVID-19 or any illness. Unused tickets will not be refunded under any circumstance.
By accepting these terms, you agree to the refund policy. Cincinnati's Nights of Lights staff members will periodically photos or videos during our on-property events and programs and is inherently granted permission to use this content for future promotional efforts.
